Position Overview

The Pine School is seeking dedicated and experienced Boys Basketball Coaches to join our athletic staff. We currently have openings for a Middle School Coach and a JV/Varsity Assistant Coach. These roles will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction across our basketball program, working closely with our Varsity Head Coach to ensure continuity and growth at all levels of play.

The ideal candidates will be knowledgeable basketball coaches committed to developing players both on and off the court, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. As part of our close-knit PINE community, our coaches play an important role in helping student-athletes grow in confidence, character, and competitive spirit while contributing to the overall success of the basketball program.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience coaching basketball (school-based, collegiate, club, or related setting)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Works well independently and as part of a greater team
Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented
