Job Overview
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in sports management, business, or related field.
- Five (5) years of multi-unit experience in intercollegiate athletics, or professional sports in student-athlete welfare, facilities, or the business office, of which two (2) of the five (5) years must be in supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
- Ability to travel and work evening and weekend hours as required.
- Master’s degree preferably in sports management, business, or related field.
- Experience delivering impactful operational practices for a Division I, NCAA athletics program.
- Experience serving as a sport supervisor, including proactive management of Title IX, institutional equity, and student-athlete code of conduct matters.
- Experience at multiple levels of NCAA divisions.
