Job Overview
Duties:
- Conduct soccer training sessions for players of various ages and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies.
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- 2+ years of experience in soccer or working with children.
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline during training sessions.
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
