Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Hire and supervise the coaching staff in collaboration with the activities director.
  • Schedule all games, scrimmages and practices in collaboration with the activities director.
  • Oversee all equipment and uniform orders. Provide a system for successful hand-out and turn-in of all equipment and uniforms.
  • Manage all game and practice facilities and provide the activities director informative needs and upkeeps throughout the year.
  • Oversee all fundraising activities.
  • Oversee feeder and off-season programs, establish a positive working relationship with youth program, middle school programs, and parent booster clubs.
  • Provide academic checks and support to ensure players’ academic success.
  • Delegate responsibilities to assistant coaches, provide support and feedback, and build staff camaraderie and rapport.
Qualifications:
  • MN Head Coach Certification.
  • Minnesota teaching license preferred but not required.
  • Coach and/or playing experience preferred.
