The Assistant Coach of Women's Basketball will assist the Head Basketball Coach in team management and administration and to reinforce the athletics department and university goals. Duties / Responsibilities:

• Recruit and evaluate quality student-athletes.
• Train and teach student-athletes both on and off of the court.
• Help to Maintain compliance with NCAA departmental and University rules and regulations.
• Assist in establishing game plans.
• Coordinate Team Travel.
• Maintain correspondence with recruits.
• Assist with preparing the budget and program fundraising efforts.
• Coordinate film exchange, game day management for home and visiting teams, and equipment purchase and maintenance.
• Maintain positive public relationships with the university and the community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have coaching experience.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
