Job Overview
Essential Job Functions:
  • Assists Swim Coach with preparing workout plans as required for the various levels of athlete.
  • Teaches competitive swimming techniques as assigned.
  • Assists Swim Coach with meet seeding.
  • Assists with preparation of the facility to carry out practices and competitions.
  • Assists with athlete supervision during swimming competitions.
Qualifications:
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certified.
  • Two years of competitive swimming. Six months experience teaching learn to swim classes or stroke development classes.
  • USA Swimming Coach Certification preferred or must be successfully obtained within 3 months of hire.
  • Must be 18 years of age or have work permit.
