Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coaching and supervising youth golfers.
- Teach basic golf skills, including grip, stance, swing, putting, and etiquette.
- Lead drills, games, and friendly competitions to engage players.
- Ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere for all participants.
- Set up and clean up equipment before and after sessions.
- Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to players.
- Work closely with other coaches and program staff.
- Serve as a positive role model for young athletes.
- Attend coaching education session(s).
- Must be 16 years of age or older and have knowledge of golf.
- Previous experience teaching The First Tee PGA curriculum.
- Enjoy teaching elementary age kids.
