Responsibilities:
- Practice and game preparation.
- Game day management (facilities/team needs) coaching and travel.
- Build and establish team culture that embraces competition, hard work, growth mindset and promotes equity, respect and dignity for all athletes.
- Recruitment efforts including travel, written and verbal communication and scouting.
- Planning and maintaining team budget.
- Supervision of support staff.
- Training, practice development and organization.
- Compliance with NCAA and conference legislation.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred;
- Highly organized individual with strong writing and verbal skills;
- Previous college playing and/or coaching experience required;
- Experience in recruiting preferred;
- Demonstrated commitment to NCAA Division III philosophy.
