Qualifications:
- Valid NJ DOE Teaching Certificate or NJ Substitute Teacher Certificate required.
- 30 College credits required (will be asked to provide official transcripts).
- Knowledge of the sport and utilizes best practices to teach skills and strategies.
- Up-to-date on Mandatory Trainings - First Aid, CPR, Concussion, Heat-Illness Prevention, Fundamentals of Coaching and GCN.
- Develop a positive team culture and climate.
- Assisting the Varsity Coach with various responsibilities.
- Liaising with schools administration and faculty members.
- Communicating with families, Booster Club, Community Groups and Feeder Programs.
