The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking a highly motivated, quality applicant as our 7th Grade Baseball Coach for this Summer 2024-25 season. Essential Functions:

• Teach fundamental baseball skills (hitting, pitching, fielding, base running, and throwing).
• Conduct structured and engaging practices with drills tailored to skill levels.
• Emphasize proper mechanics to prevent injuries and ensure long-term growth.
• Develop game strategies appropriate for middle school competition.
• Encourage a positive attitude, discipline, and resilience
• Inspire players to work hard, improve, and enjoy the game.
• Build team camaraderie and emphasize sportsmanship.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well with staff, parents, and students.
