Pioneer Valley Regional School is looking for an Assistant Coach for the Outdoor Track & Field program. The coach will support the head coach in training athletes and managing the program. Responsibilities:

• Assist in training athletes in various track and field events.
• Provide instruction on proper techniques and competition strategies.
• Support the head coach in organizing and leading practices.
• Supervise student-athletes during meets and team activities.
• Help ensure athlete safety and well-being.
• Maintain communication with players, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of track & field techniques and training strategies.
• Previous coaching or competitive experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
