Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience coaching competitive swimming.
- 1+ years experience teaching swim lessons preferred.
- 1+ years experience managing staff preferred.
- Ability to obtain Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (training provided).
- YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided).
- Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
- Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics.
- Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams.
- Design and implement practices and workout schedules.
- Maintain communication with athletes and families.
- Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members.
