As a Middle School Basketball Coach, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the school's basketball team. You will work with students to develop their skills, foster teamwork, and promote sportsmanship. Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular practice sessions to improve players' skills.
• Develop and implement game strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to student-athletes both on and off the court.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Attend games, tournaments, and other team events.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during practices and games.
• Uphold the values of fair play and good sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with school administration and other coaches to coordinate team activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience, preferably in basketball.
• Knowledge of the rules and techniques of basketball.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• Patience and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to undergo any required background checks or training.
