Job Overview

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a stressful and demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of NCAA Division II regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, alumni, and boosters.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of successful coaching experience.
  • Experience recruiting prospects.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HUDL.
