Job Overview
Position Responsibilities:
- Support mission and vision of the Dominican baseball program.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff in the development of practice scripts, schemes, game plans, and development of players.
- Prepare and facilitate practice drills.
- Game assistance (Coaching 1st, Dugout coach, Game Changer, etc…)
- Assist Head Coach with any necessary needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Passion for baseball, athlete development, and cultivating a culture of athletic excellence that emphasizes Faith, Attitude, Competition, and Execution.
- Desire for developing the character of young people.
- Passion for building a championship-caliber program whose impact can be found both on and off the field.
- While coaches of all backgrounds and experiences will be considered, experience with the pitching and pitcher development is preferred.
- Applicant should have a working knowledge of WIAA rules. Archdiocesan “Safe Environment” training is necessary before start date.
