Job Overview
Job Duties:
- Assist with the development and improvement of individual and team skills.
- Develop and implement on-field practice plans designed to enhance player performance.
- Provide direct, in-game coaching during matches.
- Conduct or assist with team and individual film sessions for performance evaluation and growth.
- Evaluate and recruit potential student-athletes to join the program.
- Analyze and break down game film of opponents.
- Prepare detailed scouting reports for assigned opponents and present findings to the coaching staff and team.
- Maintain weekly check-ins with current, past, and prospective student-athletes.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the head coach.
- High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math.
- First Aid/CPR Certified.
