Job Overview

The ideal applicant will have the ability to establish a positive, winning culture, maximize the number of participants and continue building a pipeline from the youth programs. The candidate must be passionate about working with student-athletes while understanding what working in a smaller school district entails. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• OSAA Certified Coach.
• High school Graduate.
• Previous successful high school coaching experience.
• Skills in working positively with adolescents.
• Understanding of successful teaching strategies.
• Good communication skills.
• Successful completion of fingerprint screening.
• First Aid CPR training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed teaching/counselor experience.
• High school varsity football coaching experience.
• NFHS Coaching Certifications.
