Responsibilities:

• Organize and plan for the overall success of the University’s football program within the Gulf South Conference and NCAA- including overall program management to include recruiting, practice planning, competition preparation, scouting, and travel.
• Organize and plan practice and game plans.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling and recruiting activities.
• Assist with Financial Aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes.
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and President.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Collegiate football coaching experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed athletically and academically.
• Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, staff, other coaches, students, and alumni.
