Job Overview
Huntsville City FC is hiring part-time, youth soccer coaches for youth summer camps, clinics, and other programs in the Huntsville area throughout the calendar year. Coaches must have a passion for the game and the ability to channel it in a positive manner for coaching youth players of all levels. Ideally, candidates will be looking to grow their coaching careers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-person coaching and program administration for camps and clinics.
- Ability to create and execute a fun and creative training curriculum.
- Create an inclusive atmosphere for all athletes while ensuring safety and well-being of those athletes.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience in playing and coaching soccer.
- Experience working with youth.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written communication.
- Must be self-motivated and passionate about coaching soccer.
- Must be ambitious and interested in growing and developing within coaching professional.
- Excellent organizational skills and attentional to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
