Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions through assessments, interviews, and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
- Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in orthopedic physical therapy, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage a high patient caseload.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
