Job Overview

Assist in administering an educationally sound and competitive women’s basketball program, consistent with the NCAA, League, and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of three years NCAA collegiate coaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills.
• Experience with NCAA Rules and Regulations.
• Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, League, and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to be involved in all facets of the women’s basketball program, including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance and student-athlete development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university’s insurance carrier.

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years NCAA coaching experience or collegiate/professional basketball playing experience.
• Demonstrated success with recruiting and administrative/staff roles at the NCAA Division I level.
