Saint John's School, a Toddler to 12-grade co-ed secular school, actively seeks a dynamic and visionary Director of Athletics and Wellness responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive athletics and wellness program that supports the mission of Saint John’s School. The Director ensures that athletic, physical education, and wellness initiatives foster a culture of health, sportsmanship, inclusion, and personal growth across all grade levels. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, health, sports administration, or a related field required; Master’s strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in athletic administration, wellness education, or physical education, preferably in an independent or college-prep school environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing programs, personnel, and budgets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for student development, character education, and holistic wellness.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Exemplary work ethic, a positive demeanor, adaptability, and a willingness to undertake assigned tasks.
