Responsibilities:
- Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Swimming Skills and teamwork skills.
- Monitor student-athletes academic and athletic performance.
- Additional Duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department.
- Teach limited classes as assigned in HHP.
- Serve as an assistant Director of Dragon Swim School.
- Contribute to student growth and development.
- Support Minnesota State University Moorhead's strategic priority of creating a campus community that is diverse, inclusive, globally aware, and just.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Commitment to academic success of student-athletes.
- Coaching experience at collegiate level or Club Level.
- Ability to recruit top level student-athletes.
- Effective communication and computer skills.
