- NJDOE Certified staff or active County Substitute Teacher Certification.
- Experience as a soccer coach.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge to organize a team schedule.
- Demonstrated skills that develop appropriate team strategies for the sport
- Familiar with N.J.S.I.A.A. rules and regulations.
- Willingness to attend workshops conferences, etc., as directed by the administration.
- Ability to behave as a professional at all times.
- Ability to motivate student-athletes and maintain appropriate behavior at all times.
- Ability to coach the entire season.
- Able to pass the required Criminal History Review.
- Able to pass the Sexual Abuse/Misconduct Process.
- Motivates athletes to compete.
- Organizes and schedules practices.
- Implements coaching and game strategies for successful outcomes.
- Monitors athletes performance in academics and attendance.
- Serves as a role model for the team.
