Williams Women's Basketball is steeped in tradition and excellence, having appeared in the NCAA Tournament multiple times. Our program is committed to helping our team achieve its highest potential by focusing on developing the student-athletes holistically in a competitive and positive environment, while upholding the core values and philosophies of the Women’s Basketball program.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the head coach in practice planning and execution.
2. Individual skill development.
3. Film Breakdown and Analysis.
4. Scouting reports.
5. Recruitment of Student-Athletes.
6. Assist with planning team events.
7. Social Media.
8. Equipment Management.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required.
2. 1+ years of collegiate coaching experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
4. Successful candidates will possess self-motivation, communication and organizational skills and be open to learning new methods.
5. A passion for coaching and mentorship of a diverse student-athlete population.
6. Valid driver's license is required.
