Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy treatments focused on pain management, mobility improvement, and recovery.
- Track and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and lifestyle changes to support ongoing recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Uphold high standards of patient care and maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications:
- License: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, compassionate approach to patient care, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
