Responsibilities:

1. Maintain high level of academics.
2. Assist with the management of coaching, team practices, competitions, road travel, scheduling, workouts, academics, and life-skills.
3. Assist in managing the program budget and team travel.
4. Ensure compliance with all department policies and guidelines.
5. Comply with all applicable Boston College, ACC, and NCAA rules, guidelines, and policies.
6. Represent themselves in a manner consistent with positive representation of Boston College.
7. Opportunity within University guidelines to assist in the management, hosting, and executing softball camps and clinics at Boston College.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's Degree is required.
2. Proven softball coaching experience.
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively with college student athletes, athletic staff, University personnel and Alumni.
5. Proficient computer skills.
