QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Three years experience in coaching Middle School Soccer , Boys or Girls;
2. Head coach experience preferred.
3. Personal experience in the sport to be coached preferred.
4. Certificate(s), licenses(s) or other legal credential(s) required by the District.
5. Safety training in the sport.
6. Successful experience in record keeping and inventory procedures.
7. Strong, positive human relations and communication skills.
8. Philosophy which encourages individual growth and teamwork.
9. Models sportsmanlike behavior at all times.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

1. Coaching Assignment is for the 2025/2026 season, as well as off-season activities as applicable.
2. All contracts/agreements for employment of personnel shall be subject to the approval of the BOE.
3. No smoking is allowed in any Weld County School District Re 8 buildings.
4. Selected applicant must comply with the District's Drug-Free Workplace policy.
5. As required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), the selected applicant must verify, within 72 hours of employment, his/her legal right to be employed in the United States.
