About the Role

Position Overview

Join the Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) Certification Support Program, an initiative by Serco dedicated to enriching the talent pool for the Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program. Many candidates possess the educational background and experience needed for SCC roles but lack the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, a crucial requirement for employment.

Our program provides financial assistance covering the NSCA professional membership, CSCS study materials, and exam fees. This support enables qualified candidates to obtain their CSCS certification, paving the way for opportunities as SCC personnel under Serco’s H2F contract.

Program Terms and Conditions
• Participants must actively prepare for and complete the NSCA CSCS exam within 12 months of enrolling in the program.
• Serco will provide vouchers covering the following costs:
• NSCA Annual Professional Membership ($130)
• NSCA CSCS Study Guide ($268)
• NSCA CSCS Exam Fee ($340)
• Vouchers are non-transferable and expire one year from the issue date.
• Ongoing eligibility depends on participation and measurable progress towards CSCS certification.
• Successful completion of the CSCS certification qualifies candidates for SCC positions supporting the Army H2F program.

Program Benefits
• Participating candidates will receive:
• Financial Support – Covers NSCA membership, study guide, and exam fees (total value: approximately $738).
• Professional Development – Gain access to NSCA resources, study tools, and effective exam preparation strategies.
• Career Advancement – Clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified SCC under Serco’s H2F contract.
• Ongoing Engagement – Stay connected with Serco recruiters throughout the certification process to align with hiring needs.
