Location: 3341 Walnut Blvd, Suite 320, Brentwood, CA 94513
Position Type: Full-time or part-time; hourly to start, transition to salaried.
Compensation: Starting at $20/hr and up to $55/hr, based on experience, skillset, and role responsibility. Performance-based increases are built in. Defined pathway to salary, PTO, continuing education support, and profit-sharing tied to tenure and membership benchmarks.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, passionate coach to join our team long-term. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a full-time career. We’re looking for someone with the drive to make fitness coaching a serious career, not just a side hustle. With proven success, there are opportunities for higher pay and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Small Group Training: Facilitate focused group workouts tailored to client goals.
• Create Custom Programs: Design challenging yet achievable training plans to keep clients progressing.
• Provide Support & Motivation: Offer guidance, encouragement, and adjustments to help clients stay on track.
• Track Client Progress: Monitor and update programs based on client goals and feedback.
• Maintain a Positive Environment: Foster an atmosphere that motivates clients to push past their limits.
• Administrative and Gym Maintenance: Assist with scheduling, client communication, and record-keeping. Additionally, you’ll be expected to help maintain a clean and organized gym environment, including light cleaning and tidying as part of your daily duties.
Qualifications:
• Education & Certification: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, or a recognized fitness certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of personal training or coaching experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, ability to motivate clients, and a passion for fitness.
• Career Focused: Must be serious about pursuing a long-term career in the fitness industry.
