Profile Summary

I'm a former cross country runner in highschool. Have run two marathons and many 5K runs. Have a strong background in Physiology including two years of physical therapy training, major in health education and minor in physical education. I earned 5 certifications the summer of 2017 including: Vdot, USATF level 1, Roadrunners Level 1, Science of training young athletes 1+2.
