Head Track and Field Coach

**Overview:**
The Head Track and Field Coach will manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the Track and Field program at Woodcreek High School. The ideal candidate should have previous track and field coaching experience and a coaching philosophy aligned with the Inside-Out Coaching Initiative and the purpose-based coaching philosophy of the Roseville Joint Union High School District. **Responsibilities:**
* Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the Track and Field program at Woodcreek High School
* Develop and implement coaching philosophy aligned with the Inside-Out Coaching Initiative and the purpose-based coaching philosophy of the Roseville Joint Union High School District
* Manage team schedules, practices, and competitions
* Develop and implement training programs for student-athletes
* Recruit and retain student-athletes
* Monitor and report student-athlete progress and performance
* Maintain accurate records of team activities, attendance, and progress reports
**Qualifications:**
* Current CPR/AED Certification
* First Aid Card
* Coaching Certificate
* Concussion Certificate
* Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate
* Knowledge of adolescent psychology
* Valid TB test
* Fingerprint clearance
* Keenan course completions
* All other RJUHSD mandated certificates
* Hand’s-on training course for First Aid and CPR/AED certification
