## Job Description
Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball – Part-time position with housing

Redlands Community College (RCC), a member of the NJCAA Division 1 Region 2, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball. This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week and may include housing. This position reports directly to the Head Coach for Men’s Basketball.

*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program.Recruiting – Coordinate campus tours, overnight visits, and workouts. Attend high school and prep schools’ games/practices. Travel to showcases in Oklahoma and out-of-state.Scouting opponents – Analyze opposing teams and develop game strategies.Game Day Operations – Supervise game stats, coordinate filming and streaming games, pre-game roster certification, and verify equipment and gear post-game.Social Media updates – Provide timely updates and engagement across program platforms.*Requirements:Bachelor’s degreeWorking knowledge of the NJCAA Rules and RegulationsMinimum 2 years of coaching experience at NJCAA LevelMaster’s degree preferred*To apply**: Interested applicants are encouraged to apply on-line and submit a cover letter, resume, copies of college transcripts and/or certifications, and three references with names, addresses and phone numbers.
