Peak Physical Therapy
Certified Athletic Trainer – Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness (Denver Metro Area)
Celebrating 30+ years of excellence in physical therapy!
Peak Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated outpatient orthopedic practice with six locations across the Denver metropolitan area — including Denver, Parker, Aurora, Highlands Ranch, and Westminster. What started as one small clinic in central Denver has grown into a thriving organization that continues to expand with key locations throughout the region as well as within two local hospitals.
We’re proud to offer limitless opportunities to team members who work hard, value patient care, and share our passion for lifelong learning.
As part of our continued growth, Peak Physical Therapy is expanding our wellness program and investing in proactive, preventative care for our community. We are seeking a motivated Athletic Trainer to help lead and shape this evolving program, working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver high-quality wellness, injury prevention, and performance services.
Our Culture & Philosophy
At Peak, we believe in a culture of lifelong learning, mentorship, and teamwork.
We invest in your professional development and long-term success through:
Unlimited continuing education reimbursement
Elective specialty teams that stay up to date with the latest research
A structured mentorship program to support both clinical growth and understanding of our healthcare model
A 60-minute initial evaluation / 30-minute follow-up model, allowing one-on-one care and preventing burnout
A commitment to compliance and quality care — we don’t double-book patients and commit to 1:1 care. This makes patient compliance a key to our success. We look for therapists who find joy and meaning in providing great care and have a passion for seeing their patients complete their full plan of care. This commitment to patient outcomes is what sustains our model, keeps our team thriving, and helps prevent clinician burnout.
