Assistant Swim Coach

Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Position Title: Assistant Swim Coach

Reports to: Head Swim Coach

Supervises: None

Primary function: Coaching and Recruitment for Swim Team

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Prior experience as a coach at the collegiate, club, or high school level, Collegiate competitive swimming experience Essential duties:

Assistant and coordinate swimming practices
Recruiting quality student-athletes
Helping plan team travel
Helping with fundraising
Knowledge of NCAA, PAC, and Saint Vincent Rules and Regulations

Other duties:

Gameday Management Duties
Lifeguarding
