Salary: $55,000

A premier luxury rental community is seeking an energetic, polished, and service-driven Athletic Director to oversee and elevate our resident wellness and recreational experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about fitness, community engagement, and hospitality-level resident service.

Position Overview

The Athletic Director will manage the daily operations of our fitness and recreational amenities while creating engaging wellness programming for residents. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and thrives in a luxury living environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the fitness center and athletic amenities
Develop and lead resident wellness, fitness, and recreational programs
Coordinate fitness classes, sports activities, and community events
Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
Monitor facility usage and enforce community policies
Build positive resident relationships and promote community engagement
Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in fitness, recreation, hospitality, or athletic management preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
CPR/AED certification preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience working in luxury residential or hospitality environments is a plus

Monday through Friday
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 annually
