Aquatic Program – Adult Swim Head Coach

Examples of Duties: 

• Assists in training, scheduling, and supervising Coached Aquatic Staff I & II.
• Responsible for all aspects of program including lesson plans, staffing, participant’s progression.
• Ensures program adheres to the highest standards of quality and provides all participants with a fair and valuable experience.
• Responsible for the safety of participants and coaches while always adhering to policies and procedures.
• Establishes a balance between the competitive and recreational aspects of all Coached Aquatics and Summer Swim Programs.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively coach and train large numbers of adults.
• Ability to react effectively to all potential mental, physical and stressful situations inherent to the duties of a first responder.
• Ability to communicate with members, staff and the public in a courteous and effective manner.
• Must pass a drug and background screening.
