Siena College, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking an Assistant AD/Compliance. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits. Responsibilities include: managing the day-to-day operations of an NCAA Division I compliance program; monitoring recruiting, eligibility, playing and practice seasons, personnel, awards and benefits, amateurism, rules education, MAAC and NCAA waiver submission, rules enforcement, ARMS management, and all other aspects of NCAA, MAAC Conference and Siena rules as they apply to Siena College's 350+ student-athletes, 21 teams, and coaches.
- Master's Degree and a minimum of one-year full-time compliance experience.
- The individual needs to have a working knowledge of NCAA rules, be proficient in Banner, ARMS, Process Maker and utilization of the NCAA Eligibility Center.
- The Assistant AD needs to have specific knowledge of NCAA financial aid calculations and application of NCAA progress toward degree requirements.
