Assist in the coordination of the organization and daily operations of the Athletic Business Office in order to build an effective work unit.
Maintain continuous review of Athletic Department budgets and financial statements.
Travel is required in performance of this position: CABMA National Convention (different location each year); Business Managers Convention; Yearly.
Athletic events and department functions (national); As directed by Associate Athletic Director; As required.
Normal work hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday; however position may require working outside these hours as needed to accomplish tasks, athletic events and special events.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
Five years related experience, including three years supervisory experience
Interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles; audit standards and fund accounting principles.
Prudent, ethical business decisions
Master's Degree in Accounting or a related field
University accounting experience, particularly in Division I Athletics
