Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Chief of Staff on the daily operations of the Football Program.
- Manage the organization of all planning and execution of Team Travel.
- Manage the reporting of all RARA and CARA activities to Compliance.
- Primary Contact and managing all aspects of the use of TeamWorks Software.
- Manage all aspects of In-Coming Student-Athlete logistics in collaboration with Recruiting, Academic Services, and Life Skills.
- Assist the Associate Athletic Director, Football with Football Specific Rookie Orientation planning and execution.
- Coordinate all Community Service initiatives on behalf of the Football Program with the Hall of Champions, and any off-campus affiliate.
- Coordinate all Chapel / Fellowship needs with FCA during the playing season.
- Ensure that all Practice Policies are maintained on behalf of the Head Coach.
- Coordinate all Practice Logistics with Equipment, Training and Video Staff (on and off-campus).
