Coordinate student-athlete education for all teams. Create and implement an education program that covers high-risk areas with all student-athletes on an annual basis. Develop additional education tools to use with specific student-athletes as needed.
Division I Athletics Compliance or equivalent.
Advanced working knowledge of NCAA Division I regulations.
Advanced computer application skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Compliance software systems, and NCAA systems (e.g. LSDBi, and Compliance Assistant).
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of independent responsibilities and to work under pressure in a busy and diverse environment, handling confidential and sensitive information, in a professional manner. Must be to prioritize and complete several tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear manner to different audiences.
