Assistant Baseball Coach

Castleton University is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Baseball Coach for the Spring 2023 season. Castleton is part of the Little East Conference and NCAA, and complies with all rules and regulations from the conference, association and Castleton Athletic policies and procedures.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous collegiate coaching and playing experience, preferably at the NCAA Division III level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well work effectively with student athletes, staff and faculty.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and a commitment to, and understanding and appreciation of, NCAA Division III athletics and wellness, and the values of education along with the role of intercollegiate athletics play in development of student-athletes.
• A valid driver's license is required.
