Assistant Baseball Coach

The Assistant Baseball Coach will assist in all aspects of maintaining a successful NCAA Division I baseball program while assisting the Athletic Department in achieving the goals for student-athlete development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned Bachelor’s degree by appointment date;
• At least one year of collegiate baseball coaching experience;
• Commitment to promote an atmosphere of compliance and adherence to institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations;
• Demonstrated computer application skills;
• Effective communication (oral, written, and interpersonal) skills;
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned Master’s degree;
• Division I collegiate coaching experience;
• Understanding of NCAA Division I rules and regulations;
• Demonstrated ability of student-athlete recruitment;
• Experience coaching hitters;
• Midwest recruiting;
• Demonstrated summer camps and fundraising experience.
