Assistant Baseball Coach

Job Goal:

To develop, plan, organize and implement a sound wrestling team plan that will help participating students achieve a high level of skill and promote an appreciation of the values of discipline and sportsmanship.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Prior work with children preferred.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Possess and utilize excellent team building skills.
• Accept delegated responsibilities willingly.
• Able to work under occasional stress.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative in job performance.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude in working with students and staff members.
