The assistant coach will be responsible for assisting the Head XC/Track and Field Coach in implementing and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III XC/track and field program. This includes organizing and planning practices, scheduling meetings with athletes and head coach, transporting students to off-campus practices, and providing a competitive experience for the student-athletes.
