Description
Essential Duties:
- Primary focus is on the outside the box training block.
- Assists with the developmental training group.
- Assists with position training during offseason.
- Assists with all football athletic improvement including speed, agility, conditioning.
- Set up and breakdown of facility daily based on program needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Head Coach, Football Sports Performance.
Qualifications:
- Master Degree preferred.
- Must have a certification from one of the two governing bodies in strength and conditioning. (NSCA and/or CSCCa REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated experience with Catapult/GPS as well as Vald and Strive.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a collegiate or professional football program.
- Experience with sports science preferred, but not required.
- CPR/AED/ First aid certification.
- Velocity based training experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in data processing.
