Assistant Coach – Indoor and Beach Volleyball

Responsibilities:

• Assists coaching staff with various aspects of Women's Indoor and Beach Volleyball program.
• Recruits and scouts prospective student-athletes as directed by head coach.
• Assist with practices and matches, film breakdown, and match scouting and preparation.
• Work schedule will vary, not to exceed 26 hours in any given workweek, which is Saturday through Friday.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Playing experience in this sport is required. Playing experience in this sport at the college level is preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA, ASC, and UMHB rules and regulations is preferred.
• Basic computer competency and general office equipment operation is required.
• Must be available for a flexible work schedule, including assigned weekend and evening hours.
• Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
