Assistant Coach, Men’s and Women’s Swimming

Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, MI, an NCAA Division III, liberal arts institution in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, is seeking to fill a position as assistant men’s and women’s swimming coach. This is a full-time, 12 month administrative appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Development of, leading, and organizing all facets of a Division III Men’s and Women’s swimming program.
• Knowledge of and adherence to MIAA and NCAA rules.
• Developing and Executing a Recruiting Strategy.
• Practice planning and execution.
• Monitoring student-athlete academic progress.
• Assisting in managing the Kalamazoo Natatorium.
• Mentoring student-athletes.
