Assistant Coach, Men’s and Women’s Swimming

The University of Arizona invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach, Men’s and Women’s Swimming. The position reports to the Head Coach, Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving and acts within the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac-12 conference, and NCAA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Run effective team and individual practices.
• Assist with scheduling of practices and organizing competitions.
• Seasonal development of training
• Assist with Academic Monitoring.
• Supervising team and individual practice.
• Adhering to NCAA and Pac-12 conference rules.
• Camp responsibilities.
• Assisting the head coach in recruiting high-level student-athletes.
• Additional duties as assigned.
