• Attract student-athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards and core values
• Practice and game planning execution.
• Building a championship culture for the program.
• Creating/Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida.
• Mentor player-athletes and create a mentorship program that will help our students.
• A positive influence; a program builder; strong communication and recruiting skills; strong organizational skills.
• This position will require the person to work flexible hours. Weekends may be necessary depending on our game schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
